Welcome to The Summit at Turtle Ridge,a gated, planned community nestled in the San Joaquin Hills in the southern-most portion of Irvine,California. Our community is located in an awe-inspiring hilltop setting directly adjacent to Bommer Canyon’s 735-acre nature reserve. Reminiscent of a Tuscan hillside village, our community boasts one of the finest microclimates in Orange County, located close enough to the Pacific ocean to benefit from the cool marine climate, but also just high enough to avoid the marine layer that often shrouds coastal Orange County. Turtle Ridge offers spectacular ocean views to the west, majestic mountain ranges to the east, and city lights of the Greater Los Angeles Basin to the north.
The Summit at Turtle Ridge provides its residents with a wonderful array of amenities including Summit Park with its idyllic setting, rustic architecture and a European-style plaza. In addition,Summit Park offers panoramic vistas with a level of recreation and relaxation you’d expect to find at a world-class resort.
