The Arezzo neighborood was built by Pardee Homes beginning in 2005. This was the second to last development built in the Summit. The Arezzo neighborhood is located above Fiore and below Chaumont on the Shady Canyon side of the Summit,along Canyon Terrace Drive. There are 50 homes in this neighborhood.
Arezzo was the second neighborhood built by Pardee Homes. The company had built Fiore starting in 2002. In 2004 the Irvine Company invited all of the builders who had worked on the project to bid on the Arezzo neighborhood. Pardee was the successful bidder and was awarded the Arezzo project.
