Citrus

The Citrus neighborhood was built starting in 2003 by Brookfield Homes.  There are 56 homes in this neighborhood.  These unique homes are located high on the Western side of the Summit,overlooking Newport Beach and the Pacific Ocean.  Unlike the other neighborhoods in the Summit,Citrus homes are built in a “single loaded”configuration (meaning that there are homes only on one side of the street) giving the streets a spacious and open feel.
