La Cima

As the name implies,La Cima is located at the very top of the Summit at Turtle Ridge.  There are 44 homes in this neighborhood,all built by Laing Luxury Homes.  As a group they are the largest homes in the Summit.  La Cima was the last neighborhood to be built in the Summit,with construction starting in 2005. Upon completion, the buildout of the community was finished.
